About Halabaloo

Halla Elias, founder and designer of Halabaloo, was born in Lebanon and raised in Barbados. She attended Philadelphia College of Textiles & Science where she studied Fashion Design, and began her career in Paris designing women's wear for Lolita Lempicka. After two years, she moved to New York City and began freelancing as a children's wear designer. Her love of children’s design combined with her entrepreneurial spirit led her to open Halabaloo in 1998, and the company is still going strong today.

Halabaloo is an upscale girls clothing line for the "downtown debutante-to-be." The line is whimsical and colorful, and each piece is designed with the mission of bringing joy to the girls who wear it. Halabaloo is sold in boutiques and department stores worldwide.
